Desires

I'm going to get a little floaty here for a bit... I've been reading The Desire Map by Danielle LePorte, and following an AMAZING life coaching series put on by my PowerCoach, Alishia (Check her out here!!!)  We are about half way through, and I've listened and relistened to the audio book, but I AM A VISUAL... so, had to grab a physical copy.  So glad I did!  Lots of blips and blurbs I missed from the audio book.  Reading before bed and when I wake up in the morning is really getting me in touch with who I am, my feelings, my core desires.

What are my desires???
Yesterday morning as I was reading, I felt a pull to go hash it all out in my journal.  Kids are sleeping.  I grabbed that gorgeous purple journal and just wrote... FREEDOM... from kids, from the house, free to be ME, free to do what I LOVE>>>  But what do I love to do?  Reading.. music-singing... being geeky lol   gaming, cosplay, movies.... FOOD... teaching>>> I love knowing that *I* helped someone to achieve THEIR own desires... LEARNING.
Inspired - I want to feel inspired in all that I do!
Appreciated - DUH!
At Peace - Calm, cool and collected.. I want to KNOW that it will all happen.. it will all work out (whatever "it" is at the time)... NO STRESS.
Passionate - about life... my family.. my work.. I WANT that drive.

I felt JOY in that moment.. and I wasn't even sure that's what it was.... because it had just been so damned long since I felt it.  The tears were flowing, but I wasn't sad.  I went to my visionboard.  Rearranged it.  Took down the van I had manifested already (2 more weeks, baby!!!!).. moved some new things to the front... top level in my company (I always wanted to rule the world lol)... favourite quotes "Don't fake it til you make it, fake it til you become it"....  "Aim for the moon, if you miss you'll land among the stars" .... "I choose to be happy today" .... wait what??? "I CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY TODAY!!"   And I did.  Not that there weren't still moments.. I have a 2 and 4 year old remember lol  But in those moments of frustration, I CHOSE too be happy.
